The Chix traveled to Yankee Springs for the 18 hole event today. The team score of 386 placed the team in 10th place out of 21 teams. The team had some great shots today and leading the way was Senior Ximena Knittel with a personal best score of 91, followed by Senior Ashleigh Pomeroy with a 94, Senior Carli Stepka with a 100 and Senior Lucy Ehinger with a 101. Next week the Chix start playing their 9 hole matches, beginning on Tuesday, hosting Thornapple Kellogg at Winding Creek. Thursday they will host Calvin Christian and Friday they will travel to The Meadows to play the Wildcats of Jenison. Go Chix!
