Zeeland East completed the 3-game sweep of Muskegon on Thursday, winning 19-0 in 3 innings.
Max Mulder pitched a 3-inning perfect game, striking out 8 batters. Mulder also helped the team offensively with his first career varsity hom erun.
Offensively, Quincy Thome and Charlie Lacny each added a pair of hits. Thome broke the game open with a grand slam in the first inning. Gavin Drooger and Joe Hilbink each scored 3 runs in the game.
Zeeland East improves to 17-2 on the season and 12-0 in the OK Green.
