Chix win game 1, 9-3. Ryan Kuzma led the way offensively and defensively. At the plate he went 3/3 with a HBP, double and 2 singles, also an RBI and 2 runs scored. On the mound, he pitched 4 innings allowing 3 runs, striking out 6. After Kuzma, Tibbs (2 IP) and Jaworowski (1 IP) combined for the last 3 innings allowing 0 runs.
Offensively, Davis added 2 hits and 2 RBI.
Game 2 was started but will resume before the final game on Thursday. The Chix are up 5-0 in the top of the 3rd, thanks to a 3 run home run from Mason Raade.
